Flexible measuring bracket

Objective: By means of laser measurement, photogrammetry and cubic measuring machine, the on-line/off-line non-contact measurement of various surface dimensions, hole position dimensions and trimming dimensions of automotive parts can be realized quickly.

The basic principle of the design is to make the datum points, lines and planes coincide as much as possible after coordinate transformation of different parts of the same type, and form the measurement support system of each part through the movement of the precision translation mechanism and the precision lifting mechanism. The front longitudinal products of the above three different models can be positioned and measured by the same set of flexible measuring brackets. In the design process, we fully consider the rapid positioning of the same type of products in different models on the fixture, so as to achieve rapid and convenient product measurement, while also realizing cost control for customers.
